Jessica Hughes
Jess Hughes is a Wisconsin native with a BBA in International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an MPH in Policy & Advocacy from Thomas Jefferson University.
Jess has been involved in the fight against human trafficking and exploitation for many years, including writing her masters thesis on the legal impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on human trafficking survivors. After calling Pennsylvania home for many years, Jess recently returned to Wisconsin to be closer to family. Jess is currently the Director of Fund Development at Progressive Community Health Centers, and she is pursuing the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Known for her ability to perform effectively and with perspective, Jess has extensive experience in strategy, marketing, and thrives in dynamic, changing environments. A creative at heart, she loves reading, traveling, and making a meaningful impact in her community.
