SUPPORT OUR MISSION

VOLUNTEER

We periodically rely on volunteer support in our work: both in direct service to the women we serve as well as in the soap shop or at local events.

Outreach Volunteer: Create a welcoming environment for women impacted by sexual exploitation, homelessness, and substance use. Opportunities include assisting in our drop-in Hospitality Center at 34th & Lisbon—greeting guests, serving coffee and meals, assembling hygiene kits, and helping distribute basic needs—as well as supporting street outreach in our van on select mornings. Volunteers play an important role in offering compassion, dignity, and connection to women in our community.

Social Enterprise Event Volunteer Help staff at community sales events such as church festivals, farmers markets, and craft fairs throughout the Milwaukee area. Volunteers assist with set-up and take-down, bag purchases, and help create a welcoming experience for customers while sharing survivor-made products. No special skills are required—training is provided and volunteers are paired with a staff member or experienced volunteer.
