Wholesale provides multiple ways to place an order.

a. Place an order through Wholesaler’s website, www.franciscanpeacemakers.org. **Note, Retailer must register for a wholesale account before it is able to place orders on the website
b. Email an order to sales@franciscanpeacemakers.org
c. Place an order by calling the Sales Team at (414)737-7604
d. Place an order in-person at the Soap Shop at 3333 W Lisbon Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53208

Average order fulfillment time is 1 week. Larger orders and orders during the holiday season may take up to 2 weeks or longer to fulfill.

The wholesaler's minimum order amount is $125 per order. 

Wholesaler accepts credit card, check and cash for payment. The Wholesaler accepts extended credit terms (NET30) pending prior written approval from Wholesaler. All non-NET30 orders must be accompanied by payment in full. The wholesaler will only charge Retailer a reimbursement for bank fees and other incurred costs with respect to bounced checks. 

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Orders will ship via USPS or UPS and the cost of shipping will be added to the invoice which will be sent to the Retailer.

Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. Order errors and/or defects must be brought to Wholesaler’s attention within 7 days of the delivery date. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. 

Returns must be made in writing directly to Wholesaler within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. For any goods returned, the retailer is responsible for shipping charges. 

1. Retailer specifically acknowledges its support for Wholesaler’s mission, vision and values noted below:
a. Mission statement: Franciscan Peacemakers provides a pathway to healing forwomen who have been sexually exploited. We offer housing, employment and ahealing network of support to women while advocating for an end to human sex trafficking.
b. Vision: A community where every woman is respected and valued.
c. Values: Our core value is humble service grounded in Franciscan Spirituality honoring the dignity of all people.

Wholesaler reserves the right to exclude any Retailer that Wholesaler deems may disrupt or does not align with Wholesaler’s commitment to address sexual exploitation, trauma and/or addiction. 

2. Wholesaler and Retailer Responsibilities: Retailer must maintain a current business license certificate (or state equivalent) on file and provide a copy, with Tax ID, to Wholesaler. Retailer must have a functioning URL that is owned by the entity applying for the wholesale account and/or a proof (e.g., a picture and physical address) of a brick and mortar store. Wholesaler will deliver or ship inventory to the Retailer, as agreed. Wholesaler shall not be involved in the actual transaction between the Retailer and Retailer’s customers. Merchandise is sold to the Retailer for resale at retail only and may not be redistributed at wholesale cost to other customers.

3. Web Commerce: No products or goods purchased from or produced by Wholesaler shall be resold by Retailer through any location other than Retailers URL or brick and mortar store, including an online auction (e.g., eBay) or online store (e.g., Amazon). 

4. Sales and Tax: Since there is no tax charged on the purchase of wholesale items, it is the responsibility of the Retailer to charge sales tax upon resale of Wholesaler’s items in its store(s). Retailer agrees that it is the sole responsibility of Retailer to collect, report and remit all taxes to the correct tax authority for all business transactions, sales or revenue stemming from the sales of the Wholesaler’s products. Wisconsin based Retailers must provide Wholesaler a copy of Retailer’s Wisconsin Department of Revenue’s S211 Wisconsin Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate upon placing a wholesale order.
